The ACCUPRO PRO JAGS .50 CAL. PRO JAG is designed to enhance your cleaning experience while ensuring the safety of your firearm.

Features:

  • Rubber O-Ring: Protects the crown from damage by gently centering the jag and patch in the muzzle and throughout the bore.
  • Pointed Brass Jag: Firmly holds all types of patches for efficient swabbing during cleaning.
  • Compatibility:
    • 12 gauge, 8 - 32 fits standard rifle cleaning rod.
    • 12 gauge, 5/16"- 27 fits standard shotgun cleaning rod.

Specifications:

Made of brass, the jag is 1½" (3.8cm) long. All jags feature an 8 - 32 thread except for the 12 gauge which has a 5/16"- 27 thread.

Slightly recommend

Brownells USA Too big and too small 30/03/2013

I bought this Jag for my 1911 in .45ACP. The end of the Jag is actually too small for a patch to have a snug fit through the barrel. When the patch gets over the o-ring it's too big to pass through the barrel. You have to cut the patch down so it's short of the o-ring.

Brownells USA Does not fit bore 28/03/2011

This jag is beautifully machined and nicely conceived in concept but it simply is too large to fit down a .45 cold forged hexagonally-rifled bore with standard properly-sized cotton patches. I measured it and it was a full .050 larger in OD than my other previously-used jags that were a nice snug fit in this caliber.

Simply put, it requires major lathe work to get it to carry a patch down the bore.
