MRP-L M-LOK SHOVELHEAD 5.56MM ASSEMBLED UPPER RECEIVER Available as an stand alone item for the first time upgrade your existing LMT piston gun to the “SHOVELNOSE” The “Shovelnose” MRP upper was designed specifically for shooters who need more room for mounting accessories when using LMT piston barrels. The upper features a larger internal diameter allowing for the installation and removal of any LMT barrel without removing MLOK add-ons. The patented LMT monolithic rail platform (MRP) upper receiver, has a receiver and handguard that are made from a single piece of aerospace grade aluminum. The barrel is held in place with a proprietary locking system that utilizes two locking bolts accessible from the right side of the receiver. The only tool needed is a standard T-30 Torx bit to tighten the bolts. This receiver requires the patented LMT monolithic barrel assembly which has a low profile gas block with straight gas tube. This upper receiver has been meticulously crafted for shooters who require additional space for mounting accessories while utilizing LMT piston barrels.

Featuring a larger internal diameter, the MRP upper facilitates the installation and removal of any LMT barrel without the need to detach MLOK add-ons. The patented LMT monolithic rail platform (MRP) integrates the receiver and handguard into a single piece of aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring durability and performance.

The barrel is secured using a proprietary locking system that includes two locking bolts, which can be easily accessed from the right side of the receiver. A standard T-30 Torx bit is the only tool required to tighten the bolts, making it user-friendly.

This receiver is compatible with the patented LMT monolithic barrel assembly, which features a low-profile gas block and a straight gas tube.
