makes a small gun shoot like a big gun 17/07/2018

This is a well thought out product. Well done Samson. i rarely used anything but the 8 round magazine anyway. Now you can easily reload with an 8 round magazine. This really makes the shield even easier to shoot. The only issue I had was it worked great with a first generation shield but the second generation shield i had just purchased required a lot of fitting. That fitting consisted of taking some material off the bottom of the grip because the magazine wouldn't seat to begin with. The package says it fits Shield 2.0 and that's why I gave it 5 stars.

I've ordered tons of stuff from Brownells over the years, some of it was great, some less so. This is the first item I've ever returned.

The magazine sleeves on the 8 round mags can get annoying, this was supposed to solve that. Unfortunately the magwell has a very pronounced lip on the front side. That lip really cramps my grip. It did work for getting rid of the mag sleeves, unfortunately it made the gun painful to shoot.

The product seems like it's well made, and it is easy to install, it just didn't work for me.
