Brownells USA Pro mag bad start but improving. 22/10/2017

Pro mag is still being haunted by a bad batch of mag springs at the start of Arch Angel production. The mag in my kit had such a spring but one phone call and Pro mag sent me a new mag (after I sent back the bad one). This kind of put me off as their fault was my delay. The engineering of this kit is kind of "back yard" but if your fairly skilled at working with metal and plastics the "whittling" needed to make it all fit can produce a great long range rifle.

Brownells USA Lousy magazines 29/01/2016

These things are not good. Accidentally drop one and you have ammunition all over the floor. Had to use plastic band to keep the ammo from streaming out at the slightest bump. They flex too much, A steel or aluminum unit would be better at twice the cost.
