Tandemkross has an easy answer in the form of its Maximus Plus 1 Follower designed specifically for Ruger's magazines. Ruger's rimfire pistols are some of the most-popular options on the market, particularly for competitors, and the new follower design allows shooters to gain an edge with a single round more in their guns. Each Tandemkross Maximus Plus 1 Magazine Follower is constructed from durable Zytel, ensuring that it'll last longer and perform reliably through thousands upon thousands of rounds. The Zytel follower is colored with a bright red, so shooters will know when their magazine is empty. No special tools are required to install the Maximus, since the follower drops right in place of the OEM factory follower. Each Tandemkross Maximus Plus 1 Follower kit ships with two magazine followers. However, the company warns that the additional use of the Tandemkross Plus 1 Base Pad with the Plus 1 Follower will not allow owners to load 12 rounds in their magazines, only 11 rounds.
