The Faxon Match Series 24"" Heavy Fluted 22 ARC AR-15 Barrel is a top-of-the-line barrel designed for precision and performance. With a range of advanced features, this barrel is the perfect choice for long-range shooting, hunting, or competitive shooting. Crafted from high-quality 416-R stainless steel and stress relieved for maximum durability, this barrel features a heavy fluted design that reduces weight and enhances performance. The 1/7 twist rate is perfect for stabilizing heavy 22 ARC bullets, and the 5R rifling ensures excellent accuracy and consistency. This barrel is finished with black nitride for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. The nickel teflon extension adds an extra layer of protection to the barrel extension while also increasing lubricity, ensuring that it can stand up to even the toughest conditions. With a rifle-length gas system and a 24"" length, this barrel is perfect for long-range shooting. And like all Faxon products, this barrel is made in-house in Faxon's Greater Cincinnati, Ohio facility, ensuring the highest levels of quality and precision. If you're looking for a high-performance barrel that delivers exceptional accuracy and durability, the Faxon Match Series 24"" Heavy Fluted 22 ARC AR-15 Barrel is an excellent choice. Manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock, the Match Series starts with 416-R in 5R rifling. 5R is a hybrid rifling, with lands opposite grooves and reduced sharp angles that reduces jacket deformation increasing velocity and easy cleaning. After rigorous testing, the barrels are Nitride treated inside and out, locking in the bore, improving barrel life, and keeping the elements at bay. The extension is coated in a Nickel Teflon coating that maintains incredible dry lubricity, corrosion resistance, and with the coating, tightens up fit between the extension and receiver - again improving upon accuracy. Combined, the Match Series of barrels are ready for when duty calls or the buzzer beeps with unrivaled performance value.
