Definitely recommended

Single Best Modification 26/07/2018

Great modification for my 10/22 TD Lite. After watching Yoloâs demonstration in the video I decided to get the O.D. Green stock. It is simple in design, strong in construction, and convenient in usage. I am very pleased with it.

Also, Switchboard Operator Julie Hohenshell was very helpful, thanks.

Recommended

Ruger 10/22 Captive Screws 06/04/2018

I like this product but it has always used the stock/takedown screws already on the rifle; hence, it does not come with screws. I guess as a benefit to customers, recent vintage 10/22 rifles come with captive stock screws that stay with the stock. I suppose this reduces the likelihood of losing the screws. This necessitates, however, that the screws must be purchased with the new stock or you risk a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth when attempting installation. Donât ask how I know this.

Solid! 09/01/2018

Very nice! In the running for the best simple mod I've ever made to a gun. I also added two QD sling mounts which really topped it off. The rear QD socket mount is a little on the close side to the butt of the stock, so you might have some minor interference with a swivel attached when shouldering; shouldn't be a big deal at all. The mechanism to lock the barrel into the stock is a great invention, rock solid, and gives an affirmative feeling when clipping it in. Still fits as one piece into the Ruger Takedown backpack but likely would need to split it into two pieces if you have any kind of optic. The OD green is super nice in person too, the stock photos don't do it justice.
