The Chisel Machining Henry Aluminum Handguard is a premium, CNC-machined forearm made from solid 6061 billet aluminum, specifically designed for Henry Lever Gun rifles. It combines heavy-duty construction with modularity, offering a robust upgrade for both tactical and precision builds.

Key Features
CNC-Machined 6061 Billet Aluminum Crafted from a single block of aluminum for exceptional strength and durability.

Modular Insert Panels Includes four interchangeable panels: two textured M‑LOK inserts and two solid textured panels, allowing customization to your needs.

Heavy-Duty and Rugged Design The handguard is built to withstand demanding use while remaining stable and rigid in all conditions.

Easy Installation Designed as a drop-in replacement for most Henry Model X rifles and similar models. Installation only requires standard hex tools.

Fitment Notes Does not fit Henry rifles with barrel bands — it is designed for lever-action models without that configuration.

Lightweight Yet Strong While robust, the aluminum construction keeps the weight manageable for enhanced handling.
