050806000919 Position Your Brownells Bench Vise Exactly Where You Need It Technically, this is called the Hydraulic Lift Mount for the Brownells Bench Vise, but we prefer to think of it as the "gunsmith's back saver!" First and foremost, it is a rock-solid mount for our heavy-duty bench vise that bolts securely to the edge of your workbench. The magic happens when you crank the release lever and hydraulic action lets you effortlessly raise the vise almost 8" (200mm) and rotate it 360 degrees. You can position the vise and the firearm or workpiece clamped in it EXACTLY where it's most comfortable for you to reach it. No more hunching over for long periods of time, no need to be a contortionist, and get the work done without your back killing you for the rest of the day. The Hydraulic Lift Mount's butter-smooth mechanism is so well balanced that the heavy 20 lb. (9 kg) vise feels almost weightless. Once you get it into position, turn the lever to lock the mount in place, and it's not going to budge while you work.
