EGW has recognized the demand for a compact, lightweight, yet robust Picatinny scope mount, and the Hunter mount is the result of extensive prototyping and testing. This innovative design ensures that you can count on your equipment in the field.

Key Features:

  • Material: Constructed from 7075 T6 aluminum for exceptional durability without the added weight.
  • Finish: Type III hardcoat anodizing provides excellent protection against the elements.
  • Design: Chamfered edges allow for a snag-free hunting experience.
  • Weight: A compact overall length reduces weight by 15% compared to other Heavy Duty mounts.

For specific models including the Bergara Premier and certain Remington 700 variants (such as the 700 Police and 700 LTR), the base may require drilling for #8 screws. Predrilled Remington 700 mounts are available only in the Heavy Duty platform. If you prefer to drill the mount yourself, a #8 Drill Out Kit is available, which includes the necessary drill bit and screws.
