It also gives you the speed and convenience of a detachable box magazine for super-fast reloads. Each Ammo Boost kit consists of (1) the magazine itself and (2) a drop-in bottom metal assembly that replaces your rifle's triggerguard, hinged floorplate, and the surrounding frame. All components are constructed of reinforced, injection-molded, impact-resistant polymer. This super-tough polymer keeps weight and your out-of-pocket cost down. Installation of the Ammo Boost Detachable Magazine Drop-In Kit is fast and simple. Just remove the factory floorplate assembly and install the Legacy parts. Save the factory part in case you ever want to return the rifle to its original configuration.
