CNC machined from 7075 aerospace grade aluminum (same composition principles as steel), their magazine release is bead blasted then anodized for a smooth, durable finish. Whether you're a competitive shooter or just looking to upgrade your Springfield Armory Hellcat & Hellcat Pro, Tyrant CNC has you covered. What does it do? Besides make your Springfield Hellcat look great, their extended mag release has a raised surface of about 1.95mm. This small but critical change gives the operator more real estate and leverage to drop their mags quickly and effectively. Flip it 180 degrees will allow you to operate the release from the right hand side, perfect for left handed shooters. Why is it the best? Made from 7075 aerospace grade aluminum (same composition and hardness of steel) their extended magazine release for the Hellcat & Hellcat Pro will withstand heavy use better than others. Every time the steel Springfield Armory Hellcat magazine is loaded it rubs slightly against the magazine release. A lesser material will begin to wear away.
