813157001062 Flexible rubber body with spring-loaded, ABS plastic covers help seal out dirt, dust and moisture to keep the lens surfaces of your EOTech holographic sight clean, scratch-free, and ready for use in all shooting conditions. Tabs on the right and left sides of the covers allow a fast, ambidextrous flip-open action with thumb or finger pressure. Front cover opens to near horizontal position to help block rain or sunlight. Rear cover folds back on top of the EOTech’s protective hood to ensure an unobstructed view through the sight. Body section installs under the EOTech protective hood, so it’s not even visible. Noise-absorbing neoprene pads dampen the sound of the rear lens cover contacting the hood during covert operations.Delivery time approx. 7-14 days.

Price is the only down side 11/04/2015
Works just fine on my 512. Easy to install, fit was perfect and no dishsoap was needed. I don't feel the price fit the product, a bit expensive for what you get. Doors open and close just fine with a secure snap. I'll purchase another since its the only sight protection of its kind.
Mine required a little break in 26/01/2015
When I first got my cover, it seemed to be very hard to get to snap shut, and the covers didn't want to open quickly. Now, around 6 months later everything feels like it was factory fit. Snaps shut solidly, and flips open completely and quickly. I actually use this on my shotgun which I use for almost every type of hunting, plus trap and sporting clays, so it got used quite a bit. I'm happy I stuck with it.
