841370112029 This mount is NOT a drop in part and will require fitting. EGW red dot sights are meant to be installed from the left to the right (with the muzzle facing forward). The dovetail has a progressive taper to allow for easier install. Simply remove the rear sight on your gun and replace it with EGW mount in order to mount your Vortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, or Docter red-dot sight. You can take the mount off and replace your rear sight at any time. Mounting hardware included. EGW products should be installed and checked by a qualified and competent gunsmith. Installation Instructions Remove the rear sight* Install the EGW Sight Mount in the dovetail after checking for fit Tighten set screw (if applicable) Place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount (placing a small piece of paper between the red dot sight and the sight mount will make for easier removal and will keep Loctite off of the red dot sight.) Apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws Torque mounting screws to 15in/lbs 2 Button Head Cap Screws - Provided for Vortex Viper and Venom Sights 2 Flat Head Cap Screws - Provided for Burris FastFire and Docter Sights The screws that are included with this mount require a 5/64'' allen wrench for installation. Modification of your firearm may nullify the manufacturer's warranty. This product should be installed and checked by a qualified gunsmith. The OVERSIZED NOVAK 0.007" VORTEX VIPER/VENOM SIGHT MOUNT by EGW is designed for those who demand the best in performance and fit. This mount is specifically crafted for Vortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, and Docter red-dot sights.

Product Features:

  • This mount is NOT a drop-in part and will require fitting.
  • EGW red dot sights should be installed from left to right (with the muzzle facing forward).
  • The dovetail features a progressive taper for easier installation.
  • Simply remove the rear sight on your firearm and replace it with the EGW mount.
  • Mounting hardware is included for your convenience.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Remove the rear sight*
  2. Install the EGW Sight Mount in the dovetail after checking for fit
  3. Tighten set screw (if applicable)
  4. Place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount (using a small piece of paper between the sight and mount will aid in removal and keep Loctite off the sight).
  5. Apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws
  6. Torque mounting screws to 15 in/lbs

Included Hardware:

  • 2 Button Head Cap Screws - Provided for Vortex Viper and Venom Sights
  • 2 Flat Head Cap Screws - Provided for Burris FastFire and Docter Sights

The screws included with this mount require a 5/64'' allen wrench for installation. Please note that modification of your firearm may nullify the manufacturer's warranty.
