Constructed from 8620 steel, the direct impingement bolt carrier features a chrome lined bore (as per mil spec) with superior machining and a high-quality DLC coating for enhanced lubricity, reduced friction, and easier cleaning.

Note: This kit is specifically designed for the AR-15 platform. The Patented Bleed Off Mode gas block adjusts the gas flow by bleeding gas out the front instead of restricting it like conventional adjustable blocks. This results in:
- Reduced pressure in the block, only as much as needed to drive the bolt carrier
- Cleaner and cooler operation by bleeding excess gas and pressure
- Less wear on bolt carrier group components and upper receiver
- Reduced felt recoil for quicker follow-up shots
- Adjustment detent located outside the block to avoid contamination
In Bleed Off Mode, the gas adjustment screw does not restrict gas flow, preventing erosion, seizing, and carbon build-up. A safety mechanism is included to prevent accidental removal of the screw.
When using SBRs and/or suppressors, the Bleed Off port allows excessive pressure to be exhausted, reducing blowback.
