Mfr Part: CARBIDE EXPANDE CARBIDE TURNING MANDREL KIT The Sinclair Carbide Turning Mandrel Kit offers you our popular Expander Die along with our most popular sized Carbide Turning Mandrels. Turning mandrels are sized 0.002” under bullet diameter and are precision ground from solid carbide stock to yield the tightest tolerances. Originally used for neck turning, these mandrels have also been very popular for setting neck tension and keeping concentricity. The Carbide mandrels offer more lubricity and longevity over Stainless Steel, and resist galling.
