The Brownells Iron Sight Slide for Glock 19® Gen3 enables you to build a custom Glock®-style pistol with a slide that sports distinctive cocking serrations. The front serrations aid in manipulating the slide, especially for quick chamber checks AND for clearing the occasional jam (caused by problem ammo, of course!). Both the front and rear serrations are cut to the same depth as the Glock® factory slide serrations to ensure preservation of structural rigidity. The top edges and the front around the muzzle area are chamfered to reduce the risk of snagging on clothing and to make holstering the pistol easier. You can get your Brownells Iron Sight Slide for Glock® 19 Gen3 with a solid top and wraparound front cocking serrations OR a window cutout on top between the front side serrations. The window aids in heat dissipation to keep the barrel cool during extended fire. If you have an aftermarket barrel with a contrasting finish and / or fluting, spirals, "flames," or some other a unique exterior pattern, the window also shows off a bit of your pistol's bling. Accepts Gen3 Glock® 19 internal parts Factory cuts for iron sights Sturdy machined 17-4 stainless steel Hardened to Rockwell "C" 41-44 for superb wear resistance Durable, non-reflective matte Black Nitride finish Channel liner not included; please order separately (see note below) Window model available Like all Brownells slides, the Iron Sight model for Glock® 19 Gen3 is precision machined from solid 17-4 stainless steel billet to factory specifications inside so it is compatible with any factory or aftermarket Gen3 internal components. Outside, there's a Glock® factory rear sight dovetail and a standard Glock® front sight tenon cut ready for any factory or aftermarket sights you choose. This is the perfect companion "top-half" for a custom pistol built on a Polymer80 80% frame. Brownells Gun Tech™ Note: Channel liner required for these slides. Like all Brownells slides, the Iron Sight model for Glock® 19 Gen3 is precision machined from solid 17-4 stainless steel billet to factory specifications, ensuring compatibility with any factory or aftermarket Gen3 internal components. The exterior features a Glock® factory rear sight dovetail and a standard Glock® front sight tenon cut, making it suitable for any sights you prefer.

This slide is the perfect companion "top-half" for a custom pistol built on a Polymer80 80% frame.

Brownells Gun Tech™ Note:

Channel liner required for these slides. The channel liner is a press fit and requires a tool for installation. We recommend #777-100-017.
