Great BDL to Detach Mag conversion 27/09/2018
Purchased this to convert my Rem 700 sendero win mag to a detach mag rifle.
I had to slightly modify the "crossover" in my HS precision stock. I had to file the stock material to clear the magpul gussets on the bottom metal. Took less than a minute using a hand file. (Just filed the stock part never got into the aluminum.)
Once bolted in, my "magazinie loading" jams went away. With the factory internal mag sometimes when loading the 3rd round Id get a jam that required me to use a screwdriver to get nudged enough to be able unjam it. This doesnt happen with the detachable mag. Gun loads smoother also. I still retain the ability to single load from the top so long as i have an empty mag in the gun.
