The BLYAT MUZZLE BRAKE by Rearden Manufacturing Group LLC is designed to improve your firearm’s performance while ensuring compatibility with most suppressors on the market.
The Blyat attaches seamlessly to our Atlas adapters, featuring 1 1/16” wrench flats on the rear that allow the use of a crows foot wrench or our Atlas Wrench. These muzzle devices are specifically designed to face mount on 24 and 26mm threads, effectively addressing common AK alignment issues.
To ensure proper installation, always use an alignment rod. Begin by cleaning all surfaces, then perform a dry fit of your muzzle device on your barrel with and without shims to check for alignment. Once aligned, you can rockset and torque the device onto your barrel, ensuring it is securely fastened at approximately 30 ft lbs. When attaching your silencer, ensure that all threads and tapers are clean, then torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs and check alignment again.
Enjoy the benefits of a tighter seal thanks to the nitride finish, but remember that proper torque and installation are crucial for optimal performance. If you have any doubts about installation or alignment, consult a qualified gunsmith.
