I BOUGHT MY NOVA AT A GUN SALE WAS MISSING MAG TUBE RETAINER BOUGHT THIS ONE . THE FIT WAS SNUG AND INSTALL WAS EASY . THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO BE MAKE OF GOOD METERIAL .

Fits and snugly on a 590A1 07/03/2017
This was a very good fit on a mossberg 12G 590A1 as it could be easily removed and installed for regular magtube, spring and follower maintenance. I used a snap ring pliers, compressed it via its 2 holes and in went in the tube smoothly.
It's pretty snugfit though, I loaded the mag full and this retainer cap didn't move at all.
But only thing is, the cap is a bit bent, and I'm not sure if it has to be this way and I don't see any bent caps like this online. But when installed, the 2 ends get quite flushed and that's the only reason I'm giving it 1-less star.
