Interchangeable front and rear straps, as well as a range of storage core options allow the end user to adjust the grip for hand size as well as dynamic mission requirements. All mounting hardware is included. NOTE: The TYPE II Kit uses taller backstraps for optimized fit with certain 7.62x51 receivers such as the Armalite AR-10A/B/T, DPMS LR308, KAC SR25, LaRue OBR, LMT .308 MWS, Palmetto PA10, and S&W M&P10.

Brownells USA Modification needed 16/04/2016

Used on 80% JMT polymer lower, which is DPMS compliant. I had to file down top of the medium beaver tail significantly in order for the pistol grip to fit. Perhaps it is designed for newer DMPS II compliant 308 receivers. If so, it could have been stated better in the item description.
