The VG6 Epsilon 762 is a muzzle brake / compensator / flash suppressor hybrid, so it helps you keep the muzzle down and stay on target during rapid fire, while is reduces the battering some 7.62 / .308 rifles give your shoulder. Unique internal chamber geometry redirects combustion gases to significantly quell felt recoil and minimize muzzle movement, so you can concentrate on saturating the target with hits, no matter how fast you shoot. Three prongs on the VG6 Epsilon 762 substantially reduce flash signature - so there’s your flash suppressor. With no ports at the 12 o’clock position, there is no distracting flash to get between your optic and the target. Dual chambers inside redirect gas to reduce recoil; six valve holes on the underside release the fastest-moving gases from the chamber closest to the muzzle, further decreasing felt recoil. Specifically configured for rifles chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62x51mm NATO Machined 17-4 PH stainless steel heat-hardened to Rc 68 (Rockwell C) Fits muzzles with 5/8"-24 tpi threads Crush washer included Comes with a pre-drilled hole for pinning to a 14.5" barrel to produce an NFA-exempt 16.1" barrel OAL
