Don't buy this!!!! 15/01/2017
Mine wedged itself out of the extracter and caused the whole bolt to not only to stick to the carrier but didn't allow it to lock when loading the next haul, I shot my third round and the bolt blew back so fast it slammed another round in and fired. Sounded like one shot, my dpms upper blew up! Peeled it wide open because the 4th haul that fired by itself blew before it was seated. Blew that magazine out of the bottom and blew a chunk at the bottom right of the reciever. These orings are are joke! And it's a ticking time bomb for disaster. This is not due to Brownell but dpmsinc. Now I need a whole new upper and am luck I didn't get hurt any worse than I did.

Very simple to install while you reassembling the bolt after a cleaning, just slip the O ring over the extractor spring and reassemble as normal.
I have these in all my AR's and they extract the case every time.. What more can be said, anything that helps the rifle work when I need it to is a good thing.
