Cold Hammer Forged For Superb Accuracy; Chrome-Lined For Long Life

These barrels are cold hammer-forged from high-grade chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel for exceptional strength and accuracy potential—like a high-end match rifle barrel. Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) ensures there are no internal flaws in the metal. Durable manganese phosphate finish give excellent resistance to surface wear. Barrel extension has M4-type feed ramps. Choose caliber, profile and length. 5.56x45 barrels come in 10.5”, 14.5” and 16” lengths, with the shorter barrels featuring carbine length gas system. Barrels are available in lightweight or government contours, and M4 for the 14.5” length. OD at gas block is .750”.

These barrels are not dimpled or marked for the gas block.

Great Barrel (22/06/2012)

This barrel was a snap to install, and headspace was perfect with a BCM bolt carrier group. I have only put 100 rounds downrange so far, but have had no hiccups whatsoever. With a YHM flash hider and a Daniel Defense free-float handguard, my AR looks tough as hell!

Accurate and Light (06/08/2012)

I put this barrel on a Larue upper with a free float handguard. It shoots 1moa. Would probably shoot tighter groups if I was a better shot.

I used this barrel for a light weight AR build. The barrel installed with no problems, and the headspace checked our perfect. I free floated the barrel but I wasn't expecting much for acuracy since it's a pencil barrel. Boy was I mistaken. This little barrel is incredibly accurate, and shoots MOA even when hot. Not only is it a shooter, but it cleans up unbelievably fast too. Couldn't be happier with this barrel.

Nice barrel for a light weight build (24/08/2014)

I liked the barrel not as accurate as I had hoped but to be expected from a pencil barrel. I am getting 2.5 moa with it using duty ammo (62 grain Federal bonded) and with ball ammo. I will try it with my match ammo later. But the barrel is light and makes for an easy handling gun.

Amazing (01/12/2017)

I was shocked by the accuracy with M193. I was putting 20 rounds in a 1/2 hole at 50 yards. Havenât tried match ammo yet. Paired it with a new Daniel Defence BCG. Bore scope shows it to be a high quality barrel. Really happy with and it also cleans up super easy. You canât go wrong with this barrel.

Don't let size stop you (26/10/2014)

I've shoot 5000 rounds at least it shot 1 moa at 100 and it still shoots the same this barrel is cold forged chrome lined its a little load I believe because its so hard and it has a ring to it like a bell this the best barrel I've ever purchased. I'm debating right know to buy another for replacement if or when I shoot this barrel out. I've shot 10+ deer with it suppressed and unsuppressed.

Excellent Piece of Equipment (06/01/2017)

Got this barrel on sale for a lightweight build a few years ago, FINALLY got it together and put in a good bit of range-time on it.

This thing is amazing!! Super light, plenty accurate (easy 2" groups at 100 yards from a non-marksman with a little x4 scope). Again, got it a couple of years ago (for $160) I don't think you can get a better barrel for that price.
