Perfect for Large Hands 18/12/2015
I have size 12 hands, take an XXL glove ~ and this works great so that my trigger finger falls right on the first pad like it's supposed to. Agreed that it looks odd on the rifle but who cares? It's made from plastic similar to Magpul stuff so if you can handle that then the durability should be similar.
100% plastic 26/06/2012
The only negative, but a very important one, is reliability. This product is completely plastic. If you are putting it on a safe queen or the occasional range shooter, then be happy. If you train with your AR, then imagine the plastic threads getting stripped, and your grip coming off during training. I was cautious just on the install because of the plastic. If this was aluminum, it would rate 5 stars. If it had metal inserts to thread the hardware into, it would receive 4 stars. Bottom line, this is meant for the bench rest shooter at the range, not the cop or soldier (that has to know their gear won't fail)
