Definitely recommended

Brownells USA A great protection to your rail 25/02/2018

I bought this rail for my black SCAR 17s, which I happen to leave 7” of rail unused.



The previous buyer who left a 3-star review actually made me concerned a little bit, but I decide to give a try because the inexpensive price.



To my surprise, the Magpul ladder rail panel works just perfect, and I am super happy with my purchase. Now I decide to get another two to install them on the other two rifles with similar setup.



Just be aware, the SCAR 16s may not get the same outcome because the rail on 16s is slightly different compared to the 17s.



After all, better to measure the length you need to cover before making the purchase. Better slightly longer than shorter, because you can always cut the ladder easily.

Fits picatinny rail and smooths out the rail edges. Contrasting FDE color looks good on my black hand guard.



Go ahead and order a few to fill in your exposed rail. I purchased 1 section and need 1 or 2 more to fill in all exposed rail.
