Definitely recommended

So comfortable! 01/12/2017

I bought two these for around $55 on sale. I have been trying to choose between keeping my MagPul CTR stock or upgrading to a BCM Mod 0 or the B5 Sopmod. When the B5 came I was really surprised by the size of it. It's much bigger than either of the other stocks. After adding it to my rifle and trying it out though it feels amazing MUCH better than the other two and I like the battery compartments too. So long story short I have a MagPul CTR stock and BCM Mod 0 stock for sale!

B5 Enhanced SOPMOD 29/09/2017

Excellent cheek weld, plenty of storage, and locks up pretty tight. A lot of people gripe about removing the stock from the buffer tube to access the storage tubes, but it's easy to get to and comes off and goes back on easy so it's not a big deal. QD sling mount attachment as well if you need it. Very nice and sturdy stock to have especially if you need some storage. 6 CR123 batteries will fit in the tubes. Always nice to have those since those batteries burn out quick from lights and such. Would definitely recommend this.

B5 Enhanced Sopmod Stock 04/08/2016

I wanted a SOPMOD stock for my DDM4 carbine but didn't think that paying $200.00 for an LMT was too reasonable of a price. Found the B5 SOPMOD Enhanced here (my 'go to' web site, by the way, for anything firearm or firearm related products), for under $100.00. After reading the reviews I wasn't totally convinced that this product was 'up to snuff', but I figured I give it a try anyway. Besides, Brownell's has a fantastic return policy (that I very, very seldon need to take advantage of). Of course shipping was great as usual and I received it within 3 days of my order. The B5 SOPMOD stock slipped right onto my (milspec) receiver extension (buffer tube) with zero problems. Nice snug fit, and operated perfectly in all 6 positions. Perfect, comfortable cheek weld, and shoulders perfectly as well. Fit, finish, and over-all quality are exceptional. I really can't think of any negative comments about it. Oh, you have to remove the stock to access the water proof storage compartments. Yippi, No big deal. This stock is well worth the price. I've been running a MagPul STR stock (also purchased from Brownells several years ago) and liked it well enough, but I prefer this B5 SOPMOD much better for the reasons I listed. The person(s) who gave this stock poor review(s) must have recieved a stock that slipped through QC or something. This is a great stock, and a perfect upgrade for any (appropriately configured) AR platform that utilizes a milspec receiver extension.
