676821405906 The SOLGW V2 profile was designed with customers’ needs in mind, delivering increased accuracy while balancing suppressed handling and performance. With the significantly increased chamber support, the V2 contour barrels are better suited for modern configurations where lights, lasers and suppressors all add to a commonly muzzle heavy carbine. The transfer of material to the rear of the barrel helps to offset the weight of accessories, and stiffens the barrel at the same time - reducing POI shifts between suppressed and unsuppressed use. The gas journal length has been shortened as well to optimized weight distribution, so please note that fixed front sight bases will not fit on this barrel, only low-profile gas blocks. V2 barrels remain appropriately gassed for use with or without a suppressor of your choosing. The Cold Hammer Forged version is a great option for shooters who frequently get their carbines hot, and are looking for a highly durable barrel. The SONS OF LIBERTY GUN WORKS V2 profile is expertly crafted to meet the demands of modern shooters, offering improved accuracy while maintaining optimal handling and performance when suppressed. The barrel's enhanced chamber support makes it ideal for configurations that incorporate lights, lasers, and suppressors, which can often lead to a front-heavy carbine.

The innovative design transfers material towards the rear of the barrel, effectively balancing the weight of accessories and increasing stiffness, which minimizes point of impact (POI) shifts between suppressed and unsuppressed shooting. Additionally, the gas journal length has been optimized for better weight distribution. Please note that this barrel is compatible only with low-profile gas blocks, as fixed front sight bases will not fit.

The V2 barrels are appropriately gassed for use with or without a suppressor, catering to your shooting preferences. The Cold Hammer Forged version is particularly well-suited for shooters who frequently heat up their carbines and require a barrel that can withstand rigorous use.
