Definitely recommended

Brownells USA best grip . 14/11/2013

Install is caveman easy…even comes with pre-Loctited Allen head machine screw, and a quality hex wrench…first class all the way with Tangodown…only wish it also came in foliage green and olive drab. About color: they're solid not painted, and Tangodown's dark earth complements similar Magpul furniture okay. Fits all our forged and billet receivers (with or without removable finger guard), without needing modification. I do like to spend a minute rubbing all edges with Scotchbrite, but it's not critical. Rock solid, no gaps, no pinch gloved or bare, secure internal storage, seems watertight, might even be bullet proof? I have all brands of grips, now stacked like cordwood in my spares box…the BG17 is the grip of choice.

Brownells USA Hand filling grip 13/02/2013

If you prefer a hand filling grip with good ergonomics, this grip is for you. I have both the two style grips of Tango down. The smaller one without the beavertail is too small for my personal preference even thought I have a medium size hand. This grip feels better in my hand. The added beavertail certainly add more to its ergonomic and comfort. Caution: If you have a small hand, you may find this grip too big.
