The lugs and holes are spec'd to ensure that your rifle will still accept components after your custom coating job is performed. Not going to coat it? The Battle-Light features a rear tension device to ensure a tight fit! Reduced weight, great looks, and quality components and features that will make your next build stand out from the crowd.
