Definitely recommended

Brownells USA AR 15 retro barrel 16 in. 14/06/2018

Assembled this barrel to an A3 type upper with no M4 feed ramps. (This barrel does not have the M4 type barrel extension). Initial firing was approx. 250 rds. of mixed brass and steel case ammo. It fired all of it without a malfunction of any kind. A back up iron sight was used to sight the rifle in at 25 meters. Three or four clicks windage adjustment from center and a few turns of front sight adjustment had the rifle battle sight zeroed on a standard military 25 meter M4 sight in target. Very well please with this barrel both in appearance and function.
