Its designed for high precision at medium to long range with low recoil. The Alpha 6.5mm Grendel brass uses Small Rifle primers and ships in 100 count custom Alpha Munitions plastic cases with perforated bi-layer foam for protection of cases during shipping and can be used for loaded ammunition. Each 6.5mm Grendel case produced by Alpha Munitions also incorporates the company's OCD with optimized case head technology, which is designed to lengthen primer pocket life, as well as the life of the case overall, even at higher than normal pressures and velocities.
