Nosler takes a few extra steps with their brass to make it a premium component for the handloader. The brass is first weigh-sorted to within + or - 0.5 grains, then the flash holes are deburred. Nosler completes the case prep with neck sizing and chamfering the inside and outside of the case mouth. All Nosler unprimed brass bears the Nosler headstamp.

Worth the money (23/02/2012)

I was skeptical that specific brass could improve shot groups noticeably but was extremely surprised to see one entry point in the target for 8 rounds fired with this brass (100 yards). Made a marked improvement over my other brass loaded in the same manner. An excellent value over buying competing rounds new.

No Prep Required (23/11/2012)

Great product as you can go right to your press and start loading with out having to prep the cases. They are all sized at SAMMI minimum, so they are actually shorter than trim length. If this is an issue for you, be aware. However, if you are using RCBS X dies this could be just what you want.

I purchased some Hornady .308 brass at the same time and they required a full prep including sizing and triming about 50% of the cases. The weights and dimensions of the Nosler where much more consistent. You know what I am buying next...
