Definitely recommended

Reliable Glock 19L 14/09/2018

I built this slide up with an OEM internals kit and threw it on my 3rd Gen Glock 19. I took it to the range and put about 100 rounds through it, using Glock Factory, Magpul, and ETS 10rd magazines with no failures or stoppages of any kind. I like the front serrations and the overall look, and had no trouble installing ameriglo suppressor height sights. I haven't gotten an RMR for it yet, but I was able to find a cover plate online. Overall, I'm glad I payed the extra dough for a longslide upper instead of just getting the stock slide milled.

Nice Combo for Polymer 80 Completion 08/07/2018

Very nice product. I used OEM Glock internals, which I think is a good idea. The barrel does wear on the locking block in an interesting way, and I have seen it that way on others like this.

Sights installed easily. This was well-machined. The front serrations are a plus.

Very classy, amazing quality for price 07/07/2018

Wow I've been very pleased with this slide so far. I am using it on a Glock 19 equivalent frame and it fits just fine. Channel liner install is a little tight, use some CLP or glock grease to get it in there. You can easily use the body of a plastic pen to fit snugly against the liner and tap it **lightly** until it's completely down.

Other than that, the fit and finish looks great. I am a huge fan of front serrations. I wish more optic cuts were available, as I have a Vortex Venom and would like to mount it directly to the slide. Also I was not pleased to see that the barrel does not include a thread protector, which would not be a problem if there was a correctly fitting protector offered by Brownells. I ended up buying a $17 protector with free shipping, but the problem is 1. it's huge and looks a bit dorky, and 2. it's a bit too long so the last few threads hang off the end of the barrel and will be subjected to the torment of the muzzle blast.

Other than that though I am very happy with this slide and barrel!

Great Price, Easy installation 07/07/2018

Cons:

The barrel finish seems like it will wear easily as it is already showing some signs of wear after one range visit. It does not come with a thread protector. Be sure to order one, unless they decide to include with the product in the future.

Pros:

Finish on the slide are great and the fitment has tight tolerances. Since this was a build that was pieced together with many different parts, some fitting was required and expected. The dovetail cut tolerance was so tight that a rear sight installation tool wouldn't slide the sight in. I had to take a small amount of material off the rear sight to fit it. The RMR cut was was great as it had a strong pressure fit without any play prior to screw installation. I used shadow systems upper parts kit with no installation issues for my slide.
