Best Guide Rod for the Money 01/07/2014
This guide rod is a two piece screwed together and work on my
Rock Island 38 super with a compensator. The spring goes in with the plug held down then the compensator lock in place with the secong half of the guide rod screwed the guide rod together.
If it was not for the two piece guide rod the compensator would
not lock the barrel in place. This is my 3rd guide rod two piece screwed together in my 1911 A-1.Awesome product for $20.00.
