Definitely recommended

Brownells USA A spring enough for .40 S&W 19/04/2014

It is a smooth and quality spring. I used it for .40 S&W, and while a little light, its perfect operation. It doesn't push the slide too fast forward so the cartridge can easily slide into the barrel in time.
