Product Features:

  • Matched magazine well and mainspring housing for fast, positive mag changes without bulk.
  • Cutout on the front of the magwell for quick removal of stuck magazines.
  • Arched mainspring housing allows the web of the hand to rest comfortably on the grip safety.
  • Smooth surface won’t snag clothing or holster during carry.
  • Machined from chrome-moly or stainless steel bar stock, heat treated to Rc 28-32 for added strength.
  • BevelBlock™ mainspring housing features an angled rear bevel for a gap-free fit with the magwell.
  • Available in an easy-to-install Weld/Solder model.
  • Installation requires machining the pistol frame and minor modification to standard grip panels.
  • MaxBevel mainspring housing provides a longer magwell opening for effortless reloading.
  • Extra metal at the rear bevel allows for shaping to a seamless fit in the factory magwell.
  • Helps shooters hit the “sweet spot” during combat reloads.

Definitely recommended

Brownells USA The nicest mag well that I've used 16/09/2010

I have installed a bunch of these and it's become my favorite. It has a truly huge opening that comes from the bag, very close to finish shaped. The way Stan designed the toe area to allow you the ability to strip out a stuck magazine is pure genius.
