STI Hammer 09/08/2017

The hammer dropped straight into my Para P18-9 to replace their dodgy factory sear hooks. The STI sear hooks are .022" high, just polished down to .020"

Great 07/11/2013

I ordered the spur style for my colt/umarex 1911 22cal government and couldn't ask for anything better. I don't have a beavertail so I went with the spur design as same as factory. I had to smooth and polish the sides of the hammer where it was blued but wasn't difficult and normal practice anyway. Used in conjunction with STI disconnect and strut and sear, all STI parts fit perfectly with nothing but polishing needed. The biggest change over stock is the feel and tightness. The factory components were very sloppy and cheap feeling and looking. Now I am confident in the pistol, that is won't break down. STI rocks, great products and all fit perfectly with a 4lb pull. I am very pleased.. Highly Recommended.(if using one sti part, use all, when tried interchanging factory disconnect or sear, did not function. did so out of curiosity, but advised to use all STI parts together)
