Removable plastic base pad with full, front-to-back engagement, is built to withstand continual use, and numbered witness holes on both sides of the body provide a fast, visible round count. Available in 8-round capacity with slightly extended base pad that adds about ¼" to magazine length.

I've been using two of these for the past four years out of an S&W 1911 E Series. The finish wore off fairly quick in a couple spots but the slide has always locked back and I've never experienced a failure to feed.

I have some of these that I've had for 15 years now. They have remained fully loaded since purchase, with the exception of range time use. They continue to work as desired and I've never had an issue with function or fit! I have a Kimber procarry and a Tarus 1911 and use these in both guns.
