Found for us by Ray Hall, Griffith, IN, these baby-soft wire wheels are ideal for carding between coats when rust bluing or when using the Hot Water Method with Dicropan IM Bluing Solution. They won't remove metal or give a "satin" look, making them a must-have for any serious gunsmith.

- Diameter: 6" (15.2cm)
- Available in 2 row and 4 row configurations
- Wire diameter: .0025" stainless steel
- Staggered rows of 1-3/4" (4.44cm) long, tufted bristles
- 1/4" (6.35mm) hole through 2" (51mm) diameter wood center (drill to fit)
- 2 row has a 1/2" (13mm) wide face
- 4 row has a 1-1/4" (32mm) wide face

Definitely recommended
Perfect, Thanks Brownells 08/05/2018
I use this everyday with Pilkingtons. Well made, perfect for rust bluing and it doesn't' cost a ton. Run it slow, high speed buffer/grinder will ruin it and your work.
I didn't want to put it in my drill press because i wanted a vertical spin not horizontal which is more comfortable for me and works better for long guns. So I put a long bolt through it, chucked in a 3/8 drill, and clamped the drill in a vice. A wire tie on the trigger to give the speed I want and I have made a couple thousand dollars with it. Buying another one right now.
