Brownells USA Excellent 1" scope rings 20/11/2017

These high quality rings are a good value and perform well. Have used them on five rifles and they have worked perfectly so far. They come with clear instructions and are designed to be installed on Weaver or picatinny type rails and torqued to 65 in./lbs. - NOT ft./lbs...

The ring screws are designed to be torqued to 15 in./lbs. Read and follow the instructions and they will serve you well.

I've purchased several sizes in aluminum w/o any problems . Maybe the previous reviewer should read up on torque specs before bashing !!!! Tighten to 15 lbs ?????? Hello proper torque is in inch/pounds !!! I usually go by the scope manufacturers recommendations. Usually between 18-25 inch/pounds . Every set I purchased are top quality ,well machined and provide rock solid mounting .I won't hesitate to buy another set of TPS aluminum rings .
