The tape also protects the stock surfaces from being scratched by Cordura bags. We carry two types of stock tape kits - the traditional clear tape which is hardly visible on the rifle, and the tan colored true Teflon PTFE coated film tape. Both types of tape are cut to 5 inch x 5 inch pieces and have peel-off backers. The clear tape is available in two rifle kits, and the Teflon tape is available in one rifle or two rifle kits.
