Take the good with the bad 26/08/2009

While I use this sight regularly on customer's firearms, I have a couple problems with it:
Though Brownells claims this is for the Contender and they no longer carry the Encore-appropriate version I occassionally receive the Encore FP sight when ordering this model. Most importantly: if you purchase this sight and want to install the target knobs DO NOT purchase the short windage knob as it is incorrect! Only buy the long windage knob and the short or long target knob(though the LTK poses other problems). This step will reduce headaches for sure.
