Introducing the revolutionary BADLANDS Integrated Muzzle Brake & Blast Deflector!

The BADLANDS Integrated Muzzle Brake & Blast Deflector by SHARPS BROS is the first of its kind, seamlessly 3D printed as a single cohesive part. Engineered from high strength 17-4 stainless steel, it undergoes heat treatment to H900 and is nitrided using a QPQ process, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance.

  • Durability: Designed to withstand full auto fire.
  • Recoil Reduction: Internal muzzle brake reduces recoil and muzzle rise by dissipating gases through coned ports.
  • Blast Deflection: Integrated blast deflector directs concussion down range, minimizing impact on those nearby.
  • Dust & Debris Control: No external side vents or ports limit dust signature when firing from a prone position.
  • Flash Reduction: Features complex internal ribbing to disrupt unspent gunpowder and gases, reducing combustion outside the device.

Available in two models, 1/2"-28 and 5/8"-24, the BADLANDS is compatible with calibers ranging from .223 to .354, making it ideal for various applications including .223/5.56, 9mm PCC, 300 Blackout, and more.

Installation:

For optimal installation, we recommend using 1-2 drops of Rocksett. This high-temperature resistant adhesive (up to ~2,000 degrees) has a relatively low breakaway torque, making it easy to remove if necessary. Just a few drops will suffice, so avoid overapplication.
