The Concealed Carry Ignition Set for 1911 Handguns by Harrison Design & Consulting is meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

Product Features:

  • Manufactured from top grade tool steel for precise fit and consistent function.
  • Each part is wire EDM'd and CNC machined with a tolerance of +/- .0005".
  • Heat treated to Rc 53 - 56 for enhanced durability.
  • Honed and mirror polished for extreme service in your pistol.
  • Slightly narrowed hammers prevent unwanted contact with the slide or ejector.
  • Deep serrations on the hammers provide better control.
  • CNC machine beveled exterior corners to minimize snagging and abrasion.

Concealed Carry Hammer Design:

The Concealed Carry hammer features a unique "teardrop-shaped" hammer hole with a rowel section that is slightly smaller at the rear and underside. This design ensures compatibility with beavertails that have a reduced-size "tail," effectively solving contact interference issues with the Wilson Combat "Carry" beavertail and Springfield beavertails paired with their "Delta" hammer.

Optimized Sear Design:

The tool steel sear is designed to minimize excess material, reducing weight while maintaining functionality. The sear nose includes a polished primary angle and breakaway angle for smooth operation.
