Introducing the Concealed Carry Ignition Set for 1911 Handguns by Harrison Design & Consulting, crafted from top-grade tool steel to ensure a precise fit and reliable function in the most demanding conditions.

Product Features:

  • Manufactured using wire EDM and CNC machining for a tolerance of +/- .0005".
  • Heat treated to Rc 53 - 56 for durability.
  • Honed and mirror polished for extreme service.
  • Slightly narrowed hammers to prevent unwanted contact with the slide or ejector.
  • Deep serrations for enhanced control of the hammer.
  • CNC machine beveled exterior corners to minimize snagging and abrasion.

The Concealed Carry hammer features a "teardrop-shaped" hammer hole with a rowel section that is slightly smaller at the rear and underside, making it compatible with pistols using a beavertail with a reduced-size "tail". This design effectively addresses contact interference issues between the hammer and beavertail, particularly with the Wilson Combat "Carry" beavertail and Springfield beavertails paired with their "Delta" hammer.

Precision Engineering:

  • The tool steel sear is shaped to minimize excess material, reducing weight.
  • The sear nose includes a polished primary angle and breakaway angle for smooth operation.
  • Fully polished surfaces ensure seamless interaction between the disconnector, sear, and hammer.
