The all new MAXIMUS® line is a revolutionary hybrid between Cutting Edge’s renowned high BC MTH® bullets and their extreme trauma-producing Raptor™ bullets. This unique line fills the gap in the Cutting Edge Bullets product offering, catering to shooters who demand both high ballistic coefficient and significant trauma.

The Maximus® line is engineered to be more destructive and achieve deeper penetration compared to the Raptor series. After penetrating 4-6 inches, 4-8 blades break off to create a large, massive wound channel, with the number of blades shed depending on the velocity. At impact velocities over 2400fps, eight blades will break off, while 4 larger blades will break off down to 1400fps.

Featuring a sleek, smooth profile, the bullets incorporate Cutting Edge’s unique SealTite® Band. This patented technology is a band slightly larger than the caliber diameter, ensuring a complete seal as the bullet exits the case, maintaining that seal until it exits the barrel. This innovation enhances accuracy by eliminating gas blow-by and reducing copper fouling.
