Good Stuff(21/12/2009)
Good stuff to use for general polishing. I've been known to put a bit in my tumbling media for especially nasty brass. Does the trick!
Really Improves Appearance(16/10/2013)
I employ Flitz as a final preparation on used firearms before putting them on display. With any reasonably good blued finish, Flitz will improve the overall appearance and shine. Don't use it on matte surfaces, parkerizing, or any kind of chemical finishes like Duracoat; you'll be pumping on a dry well if you do.
Amazing Product(10/10/2014)
FLITZ was recommended to me when I complained of very corroded, spent brass. Yes, there are some "pick-up brass" which do not entirely clean in a tumbler! Using a dab of FLITZ on an old towel, and repeatedly spinning the brass on the dab usually does the trick. Not only is the brass looking factory-new, but it is polished so well you can tell the difference upon chambering the reloaded cartridge. The discolored/blackened towel is your proof!
