Like Apex's Action Enhancement kits for the S&W M&P and SIG pistols, it's an easy-to-install replacement for your 509's factory trigger, trigger bar, and sear - basically a drop-in DIY trigger job! FN 509 owners who are a little handy with tools and comfortable following instructions can do the job themselves.
