The BMD® Blast Mitigation Device from LANTAC USA is designed to provide exceptional performance and control during shooting. This innovative device features a unique blast shield that allows the muzzle brake to function normally while effectively mitigating muzzle climb.

Key Features:

Unique “Through” Ports: These ports connect the muzzle brake's vertical vents to the outside atmosphere, allowing for optimal gas venting.
Diffuser Grids: Positioned towards the top of the blast shield, these grids assist in directing gas upwards and forwards during firing, enhancing muzzle control.
Forward Blast Direction: The concussive muzzle blast is directed forwards and downrange, keeping it away from other shooters and teammates.
Radial Teeth: Located at the exit aperture, these teeth help to disrupt blast gas as it exits the device.
Secure Mounting: The BMD® mounts to the collar using two rugged clips that must be depressed together for removal, ensuring a secure fit.

The BMD® is compatible with the Dragon Muzzle Brake through the use of the A2 adapter collar. This device comes complete with the A2 mounting collar, specifically designed to work with the following non-pinned & welded LANTAC Dragon™ Brakes:
